What's it all about?

For my own personal interest I intend to chronicle a 365 day cycle of a small area near where I live. It might be interesting, it might be tedious; I don't know yet. I'll attempt to make a daily posting although this might not always be possible.

Day 113: 21st January 2015

Those mornings still don't seem to be getting much lighter

A bit more overnight snow. More due today.

Day 112: 20th January 2015

A dusting of snow and oodles of mud

Day 111: 19th January 2015

Back to work and mud and rain and a biting wind.

Day 110: 18th January 2015

Visited Harlow Carr Gardens. Somewhat over-cautiously they were closed due to snow.

Day 109: 17th January 2015

Spent the weekend in Harrogate, purchasing some goat meat from YFMC. This picture displayed outside shows an older shop elsewhere (Leeds?). Interestingly, there is a Scope shop just round the corner.

Day 107: 15th January 2015

Wednesday 14 January 2015

Midday 106: 14th January 2015

Sky has cleared, but still cold. Snow lingering.

Day 106: 14th January 2015

Overnight snow has frozen and the sky looks heavy with another batch.

Indeed we get caught in a snowfall just 10 minutes later.

Day 104: 12th January 2015

Way too wet and windy to venture down the field at this time of a morning. Trudge round the village.
